Who these terms cover
These terms govern use of FLASHMASON, operated by the Thailand-based sole trader identified in Business information. Be legally able to enter the transaction. The service is intended for adults and professional creative workflows; it is not directed to children.
Do not share account credentials, abuse download links, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content or misrepresent ownership of artwork. Contact support if an account is compromised.
Purchases and contract records
Review the design, available formats, License, total price, tax and recurring terms before payment. Orders become deliverable after authoritative payment confirmation or a successful membership redemption. Test mode uses simulated payments and must not be treated as a real-money receipt.
The License and file versions recorded with an order govern that purchase. Changes apply prospectively unless a change is legally required or separately agreed. Website policy updates do not silently reduce an existing purchased License.
Acceptable use and third-party rights
The Artist and Studio Licenses define permitted uses. Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, model and property rights may exist separately. No exclusive ownership, trademark clearance or unrestricted digital redistribution is promised.
We may restrict access for fraud, security incidents or substantiated rights issues, while preserving applicable consumer remedies. We do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Consumers, complaints and applicable law
The operator is based in Thailand. Any applicable mandatory protections in a consumer’s country, including EU/EEA and UK rights, remain in force. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of access to courts, statutory remedies or consumer complaint channels.
Use Contact or My requests for a complaint. We will investigate in good faith. Where a competent consumer authority, court or applicable alternative dispute process is available, these terms do not remove that option.
