Studio profile terms

Your profile and portfolio

You must provide accurate information and have permission to publish every image, including permission from identifiable clients where required. Do not publish private identity documents, misleading qualifications, unlawful content, or impersonate another studio. You retain your rights and permit FLASHMASON to host, resize and display submitted content for operating and promoting your profile. Portfolio images are not automatically licensed for customer download.

Working with studios

FLASHMASON provides profile hosting and discovery. Tattooing, consultations, quotes and bookings are supplied directly by each studio. A public profile, Pro badge or ownership verification does not certify qualifications, licensing, hygiene standards or the quality of services. Check the studio's credentials and arrangements directly.

Free and Studio Pro

Free profiles are subject to published quotas and moderation. Studio Pro is a separate recurring subscription from image-download plans and includes no download credits. The checkout summary identifies the currency, interval, current price and applicable tax treatment. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel in My studio → Membership to prevent the next renewal; access continues through the paid period unless a refund, dispute or restriction changes eligibility.

Changes and expiration

New plan prices apply as disclosed at checkout. We do not silently move existing subscriptions to a new price. After Pro expires, the first 12 portfolio images remain publicly visible. Excess images are archived privately, and new uploads may be restricted while over quota. Archived excess images may be removed after 90 days; review the displayed membership date and export or remove files you wish to keep. Existing published profile addresses remain reserved after downgrade; choosing a new custom address requires Pro.

Verification and moderation

Pro denotes a paid plan. Verified denotes an ownership review, available under the same ownership criteria independently of payment. We may request corrections, restrict or remove misleading or unlawful profiles, revoke verification, and investigate reports. Use Contact to request review of a moderation decision. Changes to identity or ownership may require another review.

Privacy and account closure

You choose whether to display a street address or only a city and country. Public contact details and images can be indexed by search engines. Closing a profile removes public access and queues associated image cleanup; necessary billing and audit records may be retained as described in our Privacy notice. Cancelling or closing a profile does not automatically cancel another subscription: cancel Studio Pro before closing, or contact support if access is restricted.

Refunds and customer rights

Contact support about duplicate charges, technical faults, refunds or statutory consumer rights. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights applicable to you. We do not promise a blanket exclusion of refunds for recurring services. For billing or rights requests use Contact support or your account request tools.
