Before you buy
What do I receive when I buy a design?
You receive access to the prepared digital files listed for that design, together with the recorded Artist or Studio License. This is a digital purchase; no physical print, tattoo appointment or shipped item is included.
Check the product page for the actual formats, dimensions and price. Public previews are for browsing; download your licensed files from your account after payment is confirmed.
Does every image include SVG, transparency or a ZIP?
No. Formats depend on the individual design. PNG can support transparency, but a transparent background is included only when supplied. JPG does not support transparency. SVG is available only where a prepared vector file is listed.
ZIP packages available files; it does not add a vector version or editable layers. Confirm the listed files before buying.
Do I need an account to purchase or download?
You can browse without signing in. A signed-in account with a verified email is required to complete a purchase or use a membership allowance. This connects your order and licensed files to your account.
Use the same account when returning to download. Your saved designs and recently viewed images are available from the Account menu.
Licenses & usage
What is the difference between Artist and Studio Licenses?
Artist and Studio Licenses provide different scopes of use. Compare them on the Licensing page and review the terms displayed for your purchase. Studio permissions also depend on the stated number of artists and locations.
The License recorded with your purchase is the agreement for that image. A Studio License does not create separate team login accounts.
Can I use a design in advertising, print or merchandise?
Check the scope of the selected License before using an image in an advertisement, publication or physical product. These uses are not interchangeable with tattoo use and should not be assumed to be included in every License.
The current Licensing page explains the available permissions; an existing purchase retains its recorded terms. Contact support with the design URL and intended use if you need clarification.
May I edit an image, resell its file or claim exclusivity?
Adaptations must stay within your recorded License. Buying an image does not by itself transfer copyright, grant exclusivity or permit redistribution of the digital file.
Do not resell, share or sublicense the source file unless your agreement expressly permits it. If your project needs additional permissions, ask before using the work.
Where can I find proof of my License?
Open the order in My purchases or find the image in My downloads. Available file options include a downloadable License record with the recorded terms and file versions.
Keep the record with your project. Later catalog edits do not replace the License or file revision recorded for an existing purchase. A License record is not a tax invoice.
Orders & payments
Why was my card or payment declined?
Check your payment details, available balance and whether your card permits online purchases in the displayed currency. Your bank may also require an authentication step. The payment provider or issuing bank can explain a decline more precisely.
If the checkout shows an error, first check My purchases before trying again. Never send us a full card number, security code or password.
I paid, but my order or download is not showing. What should I do?
Sign in with the account used at checkout, open My purchases and refresh the order. Payment confirmation can arrive after you return from the payment provider. An order must show paid before files become available.
Avoid paying again while the status is unclear. If your bank shows a charge but the order remains pending or is missing, send support your order reference, approximate payment time and the account email. Do not include sensitive card details.
What if I purchased the same image twice or see two charges?
Compare the order references and payment status in My purchases. A pending bank authorization is not always a second completed charge.
Contact support with the affected order references so we can investigate. Duplicate purchases and payments are assessed under our refund policy and applicable consumer rights.
Where are my receipt, confirmation email and tax details?
My purchases is the place to check your recorded order, amounts, License and payment status. If a confirmation email has not arrived, check spam and confirm you are checking the email used for that account; you can still access a paid order from the website.
Order confirmations and License records are not tax invoices. Review the price and any displayed tax before payment. Contact support with your order reference for questions about payment documents or a missing email.
Downloads & files
Where do I download an image I purchased?
Open Account → My purchases, expand the relevant order and use the download options inside its details. You can also open My downloads to browse your licensed images in a list or grid.
On a licensed image’s product page, the access panel also shows the available download action. Use your purchasing account; downloading the public preview is not the same as downloading the licensed file.
My download link expired or says access is unavailable. How do I retry?
Download links are short-lived for file security. Return to My downloads or the order details and press the download button again to request a new link. Do not reuse an old copied link.
If access remains unavailable, check that you are signed in to the correct verified account. Refunds or a rights hold can affect access. Contact support if a paid, eligible file is still unavailable.
How do I open a ZIP, SVG or a file downloaded on my phone?
Check the Downloads folder in your browser or device’s Files app. Extract a ZIP before opening its contents. SVG requires an application that supports vector files; a photo viewer may not display it as expected.
Check that the download finished and that your device has storage available. If a file cannot be opened, try a fresh download and tell support the filename, device and application used.
The image looks blurry, has a watermark or differs from the listing. What now?
Make sure you downloaded the licensed file from your account rather than saving the public preview. Compare the file’s listed dimensions and format; enlarging a raster image does not add detail.
If the delivered file is damaged, missing or materially different from the description, send support the order reference, design URL and affected filename. We will investigate the appropriate remedy under the refund policy.
Monthly memberships
When do I receive my monthly allowance, and where can I see it?
Allowance is granted after a successful membership invoice payment. Starting checkout alone does not add it. Account → Membership shows your available allowance and paid-through date.
Current plan prices and allowances are shown on Pricing. Your own membership follows its recorded plan terms, so use the account page for the allowance attached to your subscription.
Does unused monthly allowance roll over?
Under the current monthly membership terms, unused allowance rolls over for one additional billing month while membership remains paid, capped at twice the monthly allowance. The earliest eligible expiry is used first.
Unused allowance expires when paid membership ends. Review your recorded terms and paid-through date before planning a project.
Does downloading the same licensed image use another allowance?
No. Once you have received that image under a recorded License, downloading its licensed files again does not spend another allowance.
For a new redemption, use the License matching your membership. Some designs may be excluded from membership or require a separate purchase. Check the image’s access panel before confirming.
How do I cancel renewal, and can I keep using licensed images?
Open Account → Membership and choose Cancel renewal. Check the displayed paid-through date and confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewal; it is separate from a refund or statutory withdrawal request.
Ordinary cancellation does not remove already recorded image Licenses. A refund of the originating payment or a substantiated rights hold can affect the related rights or downloads. Unused allowance expires when paid membership ends.
Is Studio Pro the same as an image-download membership?
No. Studio Pro adds profile tools, a custom available address and higher portfolio quotas. It is billed separately and includes no design download credits. Review the current monthly or yearly price and renewal terms in the studio membership page.
Cancel Studio Pro renewal in My studio → Membership. Access continues through the paid period. Expired Pro profiles retain their address, while excess portfolio images become private archives subject to the published retention policy.
Your account
I cannot sign in or forgot my password. Where should I start?
Use the same email and sign-in method you originally used. If you created an email-and-password account, use the password reset option on the sign-in page and check your inbox and spam folder.
Do not create another account to recover a purchase. If you are still locked out, contact support with the account email and an order reference where available. Never send your password.
Why do I need to verify my email, and what if the message is missing?
Email verification helps protect purchases and download access. Open your account and use the available verification controls, then follow the link sent to your inbox.
Check spam and that the email is spelled correctly. After verifying, refresh your account status or sign in again. Contact support if verification still does not update.
Why are my purchases or saved designs missing on another device?
Check that both devices use the same account and sign-in method. Purchases and licensed files belong to your account identity, not to the current browser. Saved designs and recently viewed images are accessible from the Account menu.
Use account settings for available profile changes. If you are changing email or cannot identify the purchasing account, contact support before deleting an account or creating a replacement.
How do I open an artist or studio profile?
Sign in with a verified email, choose Open your studio and create a free profile. Add your bio, location, contact details, profile image and at least one portfolio image. Preview the profile and submit it for its first review.
Your private draft stays separate from the public profile. Save and publish later changes from My studio.
Does paying for Studio Pro give my profile a Verified badge?
No. Pro indicates a paid profile membership. Verified indicates an ownership review, available independently of payment. Add an official website or social profile and request review in My studio → Settings.
Ownership verification does not certify professional qualifications, licensing, hygiene or service quality. Contact the studio and check its credentials before arranging work.
Refunds & support
How do I report a problem or request a refund?
Read Refunds & withdrawal, then submit the relevant request or contact support by email. Include the order reference, affected design and a short explanation. Missing, damaged, incorrect or materially different files and duplicate purchases can be investigated.
Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Cancelling renewal does not itself request a refund, and a general terms checkbox or a download alone is not treated as a waiver of statutory withdrawal rights.
How long does a refund take, and what happens to download access?
After a refund is approved, the payment provider and issuing bank determine when funds appear. We cannot promise instant settlement. Check your order status and contact support if you need help tracking an approved refund.
A refund can revoke the affected License or prevent new download links. Files already saved cannot be technically recalled, but their use remains subject to the recorded License and refund outcome.
How do I contact support and track a request?
Use Contact & support to send a signed-in request, or email us without creating an account. A saved online request receives a reference and appears in My requests.
Keep your reference when following up. A receipt confirms that the request was saved; it is not an approved refund or a completed data deletion. Never include passwords, full card details or API keys.
Artwork & your rights
Where does the artwork come from? Is AI used?
The collection can include original work, commissioned artwork, creator-supplied content and AI-assisted or AI-generated images. AI involvement does not by itself establish copyright ownership, exclusivity or suitability for a particular use.
Read the AI content policy and product information. If your project needs more detail about a particular image’s source or permissions, contact support with its URL before purchasing.
How can I report copyright or another rights concern?
Use the Copyright & rights reporting page. Identify the design URL, the work or right involved and the basis of your authority, with relevant supporting references.
Please provide accurate information and a contact email. Avoid unnecessary identity documents or sensitive personal data. We will assess the report and any required action.
Where can I request help with privacy, accessibility or security?
Our Privacy, Accessibility and Security pages explain the available contact and request routes. Use My requests to follow a signed-in request, or email support if you cannot access your account.
For an accessibility issue, include the page URL, task and device or assistive technology used. For a security concern, do not send passwords, payment-card data or exploit details in a public message.
Can I download or reuse images from a studio portfolio?
Portfolio images showcase work supplied by each studio. They are not automatically downloadable licensed products in the Flash Vault. Contact the studio to ask about permission or a service.
Profile owners must have rights and relevant client permissions for every published image. Report suspected impersonation or copyright misuse through Report this studio or Contact support.
