Billing and allowance
Current prices and monthly allowances are shown on Pricing and confirmed before checkout. Billing recurs monthly unless cancelled. Allowance is granted after successful invoice payment, not simply after starting checkout. Existing subscriptions retain their recorded price and allowance unless changed through a lawful, agreed process.
Unused allowance rolls over for one additional billing month while membership remains paid, capped at twice the monthly allowance. The earliest eligible expiry is used first. Unused allowance expires when the paid membership ends.
Using and keeping a License
One eligible image redemption uses one allowance and records a License. Re-downloading that recorded image does not spend another allowance. Some designs can be excluded from membership.
Already licensed images retain their recorded terms after ordinary renewal cancellation. A refunded originating invoice or substantiated rights hold can affect related redemptions. Studio seats and locations are those recorded in the applicable agreement; a Studio License does not create separate team login accounts.
Cancel without contacting sales
Open Account → Membership → Cancel renewal. Review the effective paid-through date and retain the confirmation. Statutory withdrawal and refunds are handled separately through Refunds & withdrawal.
Renewal timing, price and allowance are shown before checkout and in your account. We will provide notices required by applicable law. Changes to an existing subscription must follow its agreed terms and applicable consumer protections.
